Yes! We rent a various sizes of diamond snow chains and will demonstrate how to fit them to your vehicle.

You will need to know your tyre size so take a photo of the numbers on the side of your tyres. It will start with 'R' and look something like this: 205/55 R17

No! You can purchase lift tickets directly from the resorts and to get the best deal, book them online and in advance.

You can get lift tickets from the ticket office at Friday Flat in Thredbo and Perisher Ski Tube.

No! You can pre-book if you want to save time & 10% off your total rental price. We have plenty of gear in store and endeavour to provide the same great service whether you have pre-booked or not!

If you would like to Demo a certain pair of skis or need to rent race or mogul skis, please give us a call or send us an email before your rental date starts.

Yes! Please allow for fitting time when coming to rent.

We can't guarantee that the same boots or skis are available on each visit. It's important that we take the time, each time, to fit your gear so that you have a great on-snow experience.

No! For hygiene reasons, we do not rent these items.

You can pick up your rental equipment from 3 pm the day before your hire start date.

You have until 10 am the day after the end of your rental period to return your equipment.

You will need to pay the replacement fee for any lost equipment. We have name stickers available to help identify your gear.
